    • Refunds for one-time services (such as assessments or placements) are only available if the service has not been utilized or delivered.
    • Once the service is used, no refunds will be processed.
  3. Technical Issues:
    • If you face any technical issues while using SkillPilots and the issue is unresolved within 14 days, you are eligible for a refund.
  4. Exceptional Circumstances:
    • Refunds may be provided in cases of fraud, accidental payments, or duplicate transactions upon verification.
